Mentoring Agreement of Expectations
This agreement includes:
- Client responsibility for their own well-being and decisions
- Mentoring as facilitative—not therapeutic
- No replacement for professional advice in medical, legal, or financial matters
- Confidentiality upheld unless disclosure is required by law or safeguarding concerns
Sessions
Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Scheduling is agreed upon in advance.
Fees
Fees are due before sessions commence. Instalments must be paid as agreed. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
Session Cancellation
24 hours’ notice is required. Missed sessions without notice may be charged. Sessions not attended within 10 minutes of the agreed time may be forfeited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) governs data processing. Clients may opt not to discuss specific topics.
Confidentiality
Information shared in sessions is confidential, with exceptions for legal obligations or risk of harm. Mentoring is not a legally privileged relationship.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Spiritual Gradient (text, audio, visual, written resources) remains our property. Redistribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 10 days’ written notice. Refunds for unused sessions will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
- Full refund available before first session
- After first session, unused sessions will be refunded minus admin fees
- No refund for digital products once accessed
Late Payment
Services may be suspended for unpaid fees.
Medical Disclaimer
Mentoring is not medical or psychological treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional when needed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. We disclaim all implied warranties. Clients accept full responsibility for actions taken as a result of mentoring.
Release
By participating in services, you release Spiritual Gradient Ltd from all liability related to use of services.
Security & Availability
We strive to maintain uptime and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or protection from third-party breaches. You engage at your own risk.
Non-disparagement
Both parties agree not to publicly disparage one another. Constructive feedback is welcome; grievances may be raised professionally.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions beyond our control.
Entire Agreement
This document forms the entire agreement and supersedes prior communications. It may only be modified in writing by both parties.
